At MnC Treasures Boutique, we know that while shopping online can be fast and easy; it can also be a little daunting.  Making sure something fits the way you need or the color matches something perfect can be a struggle.

We want your experience to be appealing and most of all FUN.  We know things don't always go the way we want. For these unfortunate times, we do have the return policy below that you should know before placing your order.

• Items can be returned for boutique credit only, issued in the form of a credit code via email to use on our website. We cannot issue refunds.

• All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of your order delivery.

• All personalized items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

• Anything purchased at more or equal to a 15% discount is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

• Returned items must remain un-washed/unworn, include the original packaging, and include your packing slip.  Circling the item you are returning will make the return process go more smoothly.

• Return Shipping amount is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part or your item was damaged when you received it. This is why we request the original packing back in case we need to file a claim with the shipper.  This does not include items that do not fit or you no longer want. 

• We do not take exchanges.  This is because some items may be in limited quantity and sell out quickly.  We cannot guarantee we will have an item you want to exchange your purchased item for. If you do want to exchange, we do offer a refund in the form of boutique credit for such situations.  This is spelled out above. 

• Please allow 3 business days to process your return once we have received it.
